| DynamicARK has developed a Content Management System(CMS) which We have developed a core product to manage needs of enterprises to manage their website. The system is built on a modular format to achieve what is needed of CMS systems. With multiple user interface and database driven, our CMS handles the most rigorous of highly dynamic content.
Our modules allow end-users to provide new content in the form of articles. The articles are typically entered as plain text, perhaps with markup to indicate where other resources (such as pictures) should be placed. The system then uses rules to style the article, which separates the display from the content, which has a number of advantages when trying to get many articles to conform to a consistent "look and feel". The system then adds the articles to a larger collection for publishing. With the web based system the users can create content based on a pre-defined structure to develop content without the knowledge of HTML. The interface provides a Rich editor which can be used. The HTML editor is used to format the text and beautify it according to the needs and use of the users. The controls provide for the users to add URL’s, links thereby providing more interaction to the website.
As with any customizable product we can develop and add new modules to put more and specific functions into the CMS to make them as attractive as possible. The functions might include modules that are typically used when building a web site (intranet, extranet or public internet) like search engine, discussion forums, etc.
The content which is published in web can also be distributed to customers and business partners outside the organization. The core application of the content management system is to manage the content starting from creation through publishing. The content can also be shared by e-commerce and customer relationship management systems (CRM).
